This is designed to help businesses create an inclusive work environment, by providing specialized one-on-one education and training for employees with exceptionalities. The goal is to enhance job skills, foster independence, and promote an inclusive workplace for everyone. This program creates a more inclusive and supportive work environment, benefiting both employees with exceptionalities and the businesses that choose to invest in diversity and inclusion. This is an amazing opportunity to provide individuals with the fulfillment of contributing to their community while becoming more independent and confident.

Our employment preparation includes; 1:1 resume building, mock interviews, basic job readiness and handing out resumes to possible future employments. We help build the confidence of our clients to guide them in a direction of success!

Social Skills
Our 1:1 life skills training is customized to each and every one of our clients. We provide services to help enhance our clients independence in their everyday life. We work together with each family to teach the clients on various topics that help them foster independence outside of our facility!
Some life skills include; general hygiene, independence, self-confidence, gratitude, transportation, creating a routine, healthy living and more

We provide in depth detail on; overall communication skills and how to apply them, gaining and maintaining relationships with others, the basic ways to respond within a social environment, understanding feelings/emotions, body language and more!

This package includes Social Skills Building. We provide 3 hours of 1:1 with our educators weekly. Some of the topics we teach in our 1:1 sessions with our clients are;
